Founder & Head Coach

A former professional footballer with over 13 years of playing experience across India's competitive leagues, Prashanth brings deep technical expertise and elite coaching credentials. He holds certifications from AIFF, The FA (England), FC Barcelona, and LaLiga, and has trained under globally recognised football development frameworks. He defines Boyka's football philosophy, coaching standards, and player development pathways.

Shantanu Bhatnagar

Director – Strategy & Operations

With over 28 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, governance, and large-scale program management, Shantanu provides the strategic and operational backbone of Boyka. His expertise ensures Boyka is built with sustainability, scalability, and institutional rigour.
